Vintage Used OEM Honda S65 Cylinder Head 12200-035-601. Upon doing our research we believe this head to have the part number 12200-035-601 which fits engine serial numbers A099023 to B002437 but please reference the photo for the best understanding of engine serial range fitment. This head appears to have been sand blasted. One of the studs has broke off with just a small portion still remaining in the mount hole, has some wear marks and this has some small areas of surface corrosion.
