Vintage Used OEM Honda S65 Cylinder Head 12200-035-601. Upon doing our research we believe this head to have the part number 12200-035-601 which fits engine serial numbers A099023 to B002437 but please reference the photo for the best understanding of engine serial range fitment. This head has been cleaned and re-painted. One of the air fins located by the spark plug hole is broke off.
