Vintage Used OEM Honda CB72 CB77 CL72 CL77 Cam Chain Tensioner 14500-268-010. This has some discoloring, wear marks and has some areas of surface corrosion. This part was removed form a CL77 with engine serial#1004069. This part is used from Engine Serial#1000001 to 1039330.
