Vintage Used OEM Honda CA72 CA77 Cam Chain Tensioner 14500-259-000. This has some wear marks and areas of surface corrosion/discoloring. For the CA72 this part is used up to Engine Serial#1000330 and for the CA77 this is used up to Engine Serial#1036506.
